Kompetensi Dosen Pendidikan Agama Islam Dalam Menghadapi Era Industri 4.0

Dalam era saat ini, perkembangan teknologi dan tuntutan keterampilan abad ke-21 mengharuskan dosen untuk beradaptasi dengan inovasi pembelajaran digital. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kompetensi yang diperlukan oleh dosen Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menghadapi era industri 4.0. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di Universitas Islam As’adiyah Sengkang. Adapun metode dalam mengumpulkan data adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan melalui 3 tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi utama yang diperlukan dosen pendidikan agama Islam meliputi kepribadian, sosial, profesional, dan pedagogik. Dosen harus mampu mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dengan teknologi, mengembangkan metode pembelajaran interaktif, dan membentuk karakter mahasiswa yang relevan dengan tuntutan zaman. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan kompetensi digital dan inovasi pedagogik sangat penting untuk keberhasilan dosen Pendidikan Agama Islam di era digital.
