Hubungan antara Persepsi dan Kreativitas Mahasiswa pada Program WMK Berbasis Eksperiental Learning

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara persepsi mahasiswa terhadap Program Wirausaha Merdeka (WMK) berbasis experiential learning dan kreativitas mahasiswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional ex post facto. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 30 mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar yang telah mengikuti Program Wirausaha Merdeka dan dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket persepsi mahasiswa terhadap Program WMK berbasis experiential learning dan angket kreativitas mahasiswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji korelasi Product Moment Pearson dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa terhadap Program WMK berbasis experiential learning berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan kreativitas mahasiswa berada pada kategori sedang menuju tinggi. Analisis korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara persepsi mahasiswa terhadap Program WMK berbasis experiential learning dan kreativitas mahasiswa (r = 0,596; p < 0,05). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa mahasiswa yang memiliki persepsi lebih positif terhadap pengalaman belajar dalam Program WMK cenderung menunjukkan tingkat kreativitas yang lebih tinggi. Perguruan tinggi perlu mengoptimalkan kualitas pengalaman belajar mahasiswa dalam Program Wirausaha Merdeka melalui pendampingan berkelanjutan, pembelajaran autentik, dan penguatan kemitraan dengan dunia usaha guna mendukung berkembangnya kreativitas mahasiswa. Penelitian ini memperluas kajian pendidikan kewirausahaan dengan menyoroti hubungan antara persepsi mahasiswa terhadap Program Wirausaha Merdeka berbasis experiential learning dan kreativitas mahasiswa pada konteks pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia.
