Pengembangan Video Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Microlearning untuk Meningkatkan Kompetensi Praktik Mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan

Abstract

Mata kuliah Praktek Batu dan Plumbing membutuhkan media pembelajaran yang mampu menampilkan prosedur kerja secara konkret, terutama pada materi pasangan batu, plesteran, dan instalasi plumbing sederhana. Selama ini, pembelajaran praktik masih banyak bergantung pada penjelasan langsung, papan tulis, dan jobsheet, sehingga mahasiswa sering mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami urutan kerja, penggunaan alat, penerapan keselamatan kerja, serta standar hasil pekerjaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video pembelajaran interaktif berbasis microlearning pada mata kuliah Praktek Batu dan Plumbing untuk meningkatkan kompetensi praktik mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D dengan model pengembangan 4-D, yaitu define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui validasi ahli, angket praktikalitas dosen dan mahasiswa, observasi aktivitas belajar, hasil belajar, serta penilaian kompetensi praktik. Uji coba media melibatkan 30 mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Praktek Batu dan Plumbing. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media berada pada kategori valid hingga sangat valid, dengan aspek didaktik sebesar 94,79%, konstruk 95,14%, dan teknis 88,54%. Hasil praktikalitas dosen memperoleh rata-rata 95,00% dengan kategori sangat praktis, sedangkan keterpakaian media oleh mahasiswa memperoleh rata-rata 91,67% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Efektivitas media terlihat dari peningkatan aktivitas belajar mahasiswa dari 45,33% menjadi 84,33%, peningkatan ketuntasan belajar dari 16,67% menjadi 96,67%, serta peningkatan kompetensi praktik dari rata-rata 64,17 menjadi 85,88. Dengan demikian, video pembelajaran interaktif berbasis microlearning dinyatakan layak, praktis, dan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kompetensi praktik mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Praktek Batu dan Plumbing.
